Note that IP address is considered personal information under California law and similar state privacy laws.

We keep waitlist information for as long as you remain interested in our product or until you ask us to delete it. If you become a customer, we retain information in line with our customer agreements. If you unsubscribe and ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or compliance reasons.

By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have authority to provide the company information you submit. By submitting waitlist information, you confirm it is accurate.
About the Waitlist
Joining our waitlist expresses interest and helps us prioritize early-access cohorts. It is not a contract to provide services, a guarantee of beta access, or a commitment to specific features, pricing, timelines, or service levels. We decide who is invited into beta or early-access programs in our sole discretion.
Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and contact us for information. You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or information about another person without authorization

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site, except for standard search engine indexing

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Measured HRIS and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total cumulative liability arising from the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Measured HRIS from any claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

A note on what I changed and why, in case anything looks unfamiliar:

Added the full waitlist field list with an honest statement of why you collect role and employee count (cohort fit). Vague collection language is a CCPA red flag.

Reframed IP address — calling it "non-identifying" was inaccurate and could be used against you.

Named Google Analytics specifically with the opt-out URL. CCPA expects this level of specificity.

Added the full CCPA section (categories, sources, purposes, rights). This was the biggest legal gap.

Added data retention language. Required disclosure.

Added forward-looking statements clause in the Terms — important because your marketing will reference Check HQ integration, PEO roadmap, and launch timing.
